PETITION + ACTION ALERT: Protect Texans’ Right to Work

Texans for Vaccine Choice is proud of the accomplishments of the legislature and governor to protect and advance informed consent, medical privacy, and vaccine choice this session.

However, there is still work to be done.

Two Steps You Can Take TODAY:

1. Sign the petition below to protect Texans’ right to work by ending employer vaccine mandates.

2. ACTION ALERT: CALL GOVERNOR ABBOTT and request that he include an employee vaccine mandate ban on his special session agenda .

  • CALL: (512) 463-2000 and politely inform the operator that you would like to add ending employee vaccine mandates to the special session call.
  • Once your call is directed, here are some suggested talking points:
SHARE YOUR PERSONAL STORY: Is your employer threatening your job if you do not take the injection? Have you been fired for exercising your right to choose? NOW is the time to share your story!
    – Texas should be fully open and free from medical mandates surrounding COVID.
    – All Texans have a right to live and work as they please. Employee vaccine mandates are a direct threat to these rights.
    – No Texan should be forced to choose between feeding their family and taking an untested, liability free injection.
    – The Governor MUST act now to protect Texans’ Right to Work by including a ban on employee vaccine mandates on his special session agenda.

Petition Language:

PETITION AGAINST EMPLOYEE VACCINE MANDATES
Whereas: Texas is a beacon of medical freedom and medical privacy. And,

Whereas: Governor Abbott has assured Texans that vaccination will remain a VOLUNTARY medical procedure. And,

Whereas: No Texan should be forced to inject a government mandated vaccine into their bodies to work in this state. And,

Whereas: Our elected officials MUST stand up against this unconstitutional violation of our rights.

We the undersigned petition Governor Abbott to add a ban on employee vaccine mandates to his special session agenda immediately so that the members of the Texas House and Senate may pass and the Governor may sign legislation protecting Texans’ right to work by prohibiting employee vaccine mandates in the State of Texas!

  1. My husband has been at a consulting company his entire career of over 12 years. He’s been extremely successful at the firm as a top performer with no issues. They have recently mandated vaccinations even he has had his best year working from home. Mandating the vaccination would be catastrophic to his career and our family with 3 young boys. Please allow choice for vaccines within businesses.

Please let us make our own choice for the vaccine. We shouldn’t be forced to be a science experiment.
Please stop vaccines children. The side effects, complications etc.
If we’re FORCED to take it then they should be held LIABLE!!

  3. It is my responsibility to take care of my body. Why does the government believe it is their responsibility to make a very personal decision for me?

  4. Employee vaccine mandates, especially pertaining to this “vaccine” are unacceptable, unpatriotic, unscientific, unsustainable, un-American, inhumane, genocidal, and simply not tolerable.
It does not require a lot of research, to realize the interest in mass- and mandated vaccinations are not for the health and wellbeing of the subjects “vaccinated,” but the manufacturer and the global elite.
As our elected officials in the amazing State of Texas, we, the people of Texas, put our hope and trust in you to represent truth, science, humanity, your constituents, and enough bravery and conviction to stand up against federal, and global tyranny as well as their deception and for life and love and the pursuit of health, liberty and truth.

  5. I have been a Registered Nurse for 36 years improving patients life and health, working long hours, spending nights, weekends and holidays away from home to put others’ needs before mine. Health and healing and protecting patients’ rights, informed consent and freedom of choice has been my passion when it comes to empowering and supporting my patients. I studied and researched throughout my entire career to be able to give my patients the best and most unbiased, evidence based information. I am now demanding this same right for myself and every nurse, and every patient, and every human being. We have rights as citizens and residents of the fine State of Texas, not obligations only. We need to be protected and supported by our elected officials, just like I protected and supported my patients for 36 years when they were in pain, dying, giving birth or had had an accident and were helpless in need of my skills and expertise to keep them alive and recover back to health. Thank you for returning this same privilege now to us, citizens of Texas in your role . God Bless you.

It is unconstitutional to mandate the vaccine or any vaccine or require it of any entity to keep their employees. It is plain Marxism and our founding fathers did not work so hard and face many challenges to include death threats building a constitution to have it crumble in the hands of the Biden administration. Our constitution has, is and will continue to work if left to do what it was intended to do, protect the liberties of individuals.

We are Americans this should be a choice not a mandate we are not a Communist country thanks in God-bless America 🙏

  8. We are Americans, but even better we are TEXANS. We love our freedom, our state, and our country. We want nothing more than for it to stay the way that is has since the beginning. Thankyou Abbott for fighting for us daily. We hope you fight for us on this one !

  9. This vaccine mandate not about health, or being safe It’s only about control. Hopefully enough of us can stand up and say no to this tyranny and stop the madness
